What's in a name
Four skylines,
Four skylines,
one table.
When we opened, glass panels were set in to separate the raised bar from the dining room. Etched into them: four city skylines — San Francisco, New York, Chicago, and St. Louis.
Our first menu was built around those very cities, and to this day the panels are a conversation piece — guests still have fun guessing which skyline is which. One word, easy to remember, true to the food we serve. We've been Skylines ever since.

Local artists display their work on our walls — a fresh exhibit every six weeks. There's a large patio if you'd like to bring your pup, a kids' menu for the little ones, all ABC permits behind the bar, and plenty of free parking out front.
